  The hotel concierge was terrible. I have requested for taxi to go meetings near airport and I have to pay almost twice then what I have paid for return. Be careful with concierge I believe they charge commission from even taxi driver thats why I have been ripped off

  The bar didn't open until 5pm which was a bit disappointing which meant you had to leave the hotel if you didn't want to go into the café.

  Schnelles unkompliziertes check in. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme. 2 Fernseher im grossen Appartement mit toller Aussicht. Grosses Kompliment für die Reinigungskraft. Mega sauber. Espressomaschine mit Startertaps. Teeauswahl. Sehr gute Lage

  Leider wurde uns erst nach der 2. Aufforderung unser Appartement gezeigt, welches sich nicht im Haupthaus befand. auch nur bis zum Haus in dem sich die Appartemnts befanden. Normalerweise wird man doch bis ins Zimmer begleitet. Reisetaschen mussten wir auch selber schleppen. Trotz der vielen Sterne, kein Bademantel und auch keine Hausschlappen. Ein Starterkit mit Taps für die Geschirrspülmaschine oder ein Geschirhandtuch wäre ideal gewesen.

  Wij hadden een kamer in de "achter vleugel" moesten met lift 5, zagen in de gangen en op de kamer wel wat achterstallig onderhoud (beschadigingen, losse plinten ect.) hoort niet bij een 5 * hotel.

  Ligt midden in Amsterdam, goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer

  Kamer was stoffig. Badkamer wel schoon. Matras niet comfortabel genoeg. De wegbewijzering in het hotel was uitgesproken slecht. Zelfs het personeel moest naár de zaal zoeken waarin wij een vergadering hielden.
