  Hotel is in a great location, close to Barcelona centre, metro etc with lots of bars and cafes around! The hotel itself has good size rooms (stayed in a standard room) with good facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. Small touches were great, such as smart phone facility for every room providing a device to take out and about with you providing internet access which was really useful and prevents having to use your mobile!

  Originally booked 4 nights extended our stay to 8 nights, Manager Xavier and team Shaun, Jon, Marta and rest of staff did a great job on making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, and even took care of all our bookings for excursions and shows printed tickets and boarding passes, breakfast was very good perfect for topping up energy for a busy day, maids had our room cleaned with fresh towels and toiletries topped up everyday, on our last day Xavier knew we had a late flight home told us we can checkout late it was after 18.00 by the time we got organised, when we return to Barcelona again no need to guess which hotel we will be staying in !!..thanks to Xavier and team.

  Very pleasant and helpful staff! Thank you, especially Sean that was on duty on the day we arrived, he readily help us with the luggage and gave us se local info.

  tres dias de estancia en Barcelona fantasticos. Hotel Cram muy bien ubicado. LA habitacion muy funcional y comoda, aunque con algunas partes del mobiliario desgastadas, El personal muy atento y las instalaciones muy comodas, la terraza del atico muy acogedora. Muy recomendable en relacion calidad-precio

  Dentro del diseño agradable, tal vez un poco oscuro. Que conste que ha mejorado desde otras visitas que hemos hecho al hotel. Se nota que han puesto mayor potencia, o más puntos de luz en las zonas nobles y habitaciones. La única opinión realmente negativa de la visita de este año ha sido que el domingo bajamos a desayunar a las 10.15hrs y el comedor cierra a las 11hrs, pues a esta hora ya faltaba : diferentes tipos de pan, algunos embutidos, no había nada de preparado de "tomaquet"................y no se repuso. No me parece bien que en un hotel de este nivel, donde el coste del desayuno es alto, no lo puedas disfrutar al 100% durante todo el horario de apertura del comedor. Una pena que el comedor de la terraza superior estaba en reforma estos días y el desayuno se servía en el sótano, pero no es una crítica, es solo un comentario ya que se supone que con la reforma que están haciendo en el restaurante de la terraza del ático sadremos ganando en nuestra futura visita al hotel :-)

  Lighting could have been better both in the room and in the public areas in the hotel. Fridge in the room did not work. Bar did not stock Bacardi.

  ANUNCIAN BAR EN AZOTEA CON PISCINA,- POR CIERTO ESTRECHA Y MUY PEQUEÑA- PERO NO TIENEN SERVICIO DE BEBIDAS- NI MUSICA- SOLO ASIENTOS PARA VER LA VISTA A OSCURAS NO HAY ILUMINACION POR LO QUE TAMPOCO PUEDES TOMAR EL AIRE Y LEER.
