Uma nota muito positiva: transportes públicos para o Funchal mesmo à porta do hotel, para além do autocarro de cortesia que o hotel disponibiliza aos hóspedes.

Take a cab back to the hotel from the city center, it is not expensive

This hotel had splendid views accross Funchal from it's stunning roof top garden. This hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere, and was perfect for a calming break.

The curtisesy bus ran a little bit infrequently throughout the day. More drop off and pick up times would have made day outings easier.

Very clean well run hotel,great views,( not the room)friendly staff and good food.

Paid for a panoramic sea view and got half a sea view at one side of the hotel. Beakfast not as good as other hotels on the island. If you do not like eggs or continental breakfast you will be hungry. Last night of the week we could not dine as usual as the dining room was fully booked,very poor for residents and very little alternative available.

being away from the hotel area was a great advantage, wonderful views from balcony and dining room. good service into town on hotel bus. very quiet area. the pool area and terrace areas are really great.

There is a bus stop outside the hotel - the hotel staff did not seen to know what bus numbers stop there and where the buses went to ! it would not be difficult to obtain this information and have a printed document available for guests Also it would be nice to have tea & coffee facilties available in the rooms - ie a KETTLE

hotel is a fair distance from the town centre and quite remote so there is not a lot to do apart from enjoy the stunning views

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in! Quality-price ist just unbeatable! The view and location are spectacular. The room and overall cleaning and facilities are just amazing. People working in the hotel are as well very friendly and helpful! The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. Would be nice to have a bit more diversity! Other than that, looking forward to come back here again soon! Keep up the good work!
