Local bus service very good into Palma and along the coast to Arenal.
Excellent value for money. Good variety of food. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. The cleanliness, especially in the common areas of the hotel, was exceptionally good. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend to others. Ideal location overlooking the small harbour.
Usual mix of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

a pleasant stay and good for the price we paid
the room we had was great and a lovely seaview.food buffet was nice,also ther fact that we could leave our lúggage in the hotel after checking out and still be able to have a shower later in the day.

very near to all things, room and service excellent . Food quality was as one would expect for buffet meals, however for value and price i would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.

the area is a very quiet but it suits everything i require in a restful holiday, a taxi to palma town is about 15 euros so if you require more excitement it is not far to travel

Room 517 fabulous! Great central location. Wonderful selection of food at both breakfast and dinner.
No tea/coffee facilities in room. All balcony lights went out at midnight, so very dark outside if you wanted a nightcap/read book/etc
Wonderful running/cycling track leading either to Palma or Arenal depending which direction you go. Lovely handy beach directly opposite hotel.

Habitación limpia.
Vi una cucaracha por la zona del buffet de comidas. El horario de la cena no se ajusta al horario de los españoles (18'45 a 21'00 h)

Die Zimmer sind groß und verfügen zum Großteil über einen schönen Blick.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Es fehlt jedwede Steckdose, um Telefon aufzuladen oder Computer zu betreiben. Speisesaal hat die Atmosphäre von Bukarest 1980.

la verdad que para una noche esta bien, ahora si vas con niños no lo recomiendo. el hotel es 4 estrellas pero mas bien diria que es un 3 estrellas .

High standard of cleanliness throughout hotel, great location. Good quality salads, main courses. Reception helpful. Bar well stocked. Room very good.
The plates in the restaurant should be kept warmer, also your vegetables in the chef area need to be kept hot. The desserts require a greater choice ie apple pie/crumble/gateaux. Wifi not available above second floor.
