  The room was clean and acceptable

  Welcome at reception was poor. Although we were two females travelling together we were allocated a double bed and then had to ask to change it. Even though twin beds were requested as a special note on the online booking. The meal in the restaurant was VERY poor quality and the price of a glass of wine for my friend exhorbitant. We were very disappointed and would never come to this hotel again although we have used Holiday Inn at Bristol Airport before and we very pleased. I forgot to use my priority card booking which was also a nuisance. I have used other hotels at heathrow which I much prefer

  I have no complaints about the hotel whatsoever and it was all I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I paid £80 / £85 for my room and breakfast and thought that was about correct in terms of price.

  The hotel was great but I had real trouble persuding the desk staff that the printout of the email that I held that clearly stated that the room was prepaid was not "just a printout of an email"! When the manager finally came and actually read the email, there was no problem at all.
