        Helpful staff, very conveniently located, metro station outside the door, 10 minutes and 1.40 euros to city centre, other way 10 minutes and about 7 euros taxi to airport. Cafes and minimart nearby. Nice breakfast included in price.

        Los desayunos muy mal organizados. Poco espacio, colas para desayunar. Esto ha sido lo peor del hotel Poca luz en las habitaciones

        el personal del hotel fue muy amable, diligentes y nos recomendaron lugares que visitar, explicandonos como llegar. las instalaciones comodas y agradables, me gustó y regresaré a este hotel, cada que vaya a Lisboa

        el autobus para ir a la mejor playa en la costa de caparica se puede tomar a unas dos calles del hotel, el metro esta a unos 100 mts de distancia, esta muy bien ubicado, y queda a unos 10 min dell aeropuerto.

        5 min taxi drive from the airport (9 euros). In immediate proximity to a metro station.

        The reception overlooked my second booking (I decided to stay some extra days after I had made the initial booking). The staff in the cafe where the breakfast is served cannot cope with the number of the guests: they are constantly running out of coffee, hot milk, clean glasses and cups - you have to ask specifically for a coffee cup etc. There are no lamps (usually to be found near the beds) in the room except one on the ceiling which has an unpleasant cold blue light. The taps in the bath are located down on the wall and the douch is fixed firmly so it is difficult to adjust the temperature without wetting the hair (you you want to keep the hair dry). There is no ventilator in the bathroom. The walls are rather thin, one can hear neighbours snorring.
